Key Responsibilities:
• Manpower needs analysis and support in meeting the requirements
• Initiatives/ implementation of sound IR practices and for improving employee performance and satisfaction
• Integration and standardization of IR systems and processes
• Identify core competencies & skills critical to business and frame policies for key talent identification, development and retention
• Exercise Good Control over manpower
• Ensure workers discipline on shop floor
• Experience in Manufacturing Industry
• MBA in HR. Sound knowledge of IR practices and Legal framework.
